Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs: Aging Service Access Points (ASAPs)
Aging Services Access Points, known in the elder network as ASAPs, were established under Chapter 19A of Massachusetts General Laws. There are 26 ASAPs statewide in exclusive geographic areas. ASAPs are private, nonprofit agencies with Governing Boards made up of at least 51% representation of person’s age 60 or older and appointed by the local Councils on Aging. ASAPs provide the following direct services: Information and referral; interdisciplinary case management: intake, assessment, development and implementation of service plans; monitoring of service plans; and reassessment of needs; and Protective Services: investigations of abuse and neglect of elders.

It’s designed to help you or a loved one successfully age in place and manage the challenges of family caregiving. We support total transparency, and will only provide information and advice that has been screened and tested.
Home Care Alliance of MA
The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts is a non-profit trade association of home care agencies that promotes home care as an integral part of the health care delivery system. The Alliance has more than 180 Agency Members from all corners of Massachusetts, as well as dozens of Allied and Individual Members. Membership is voluntary – the Alliance is not a government entity – but provides essential resources to our members to help stay informed and thrive.
Home Care Aide Council of Massachusetts
The Home Care Aide Council, Inc. (formerly the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services, Inc.), founded in 1967, is a nonprofit trade association established to promote the growth of home care aide services, encourage the provision of quality care, and provide information about the service. The Council is committed to enhancing quality of care throughout the home care industry by focusing on the advancement of the home care aide workforce.
