Certified home care aides from Apex provide personal care, as well as homemaking services to a variety of patients with direct supervision by a Registered Nurse. Apex can help with the special needs of elder patients and their families, particularly with discharge options and enhancement to rehabilitation services and hospice care. We also offer our services to supplement VNA and hospice care. Some of our core specialty areas of care are for clients diagnosed with Parkinson Disease, Cancer, Dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, Cardiac Disease, along with many more.
Free Home Health Care Assessment by a registered nurse is available prior to service.
The initial in home assessment is free. Private duty care is available for as little as 1 hour a day to as many as 24 hours a day by a well-trained, professional staff. An RN is assigned to every case we handle and all clients are clinically managed with updated care plans as needed. Our staff are experienced and dedicated to caring for clients in their homes with a wide range of diagnosis and disabilities.
